Re: Hibernation
we can get some nice cold days here in Manchester over winter, so the bikes remain in service. Just bought this for short winter trips-

Mark how do you find all these cubs for sale?

Re: Hibernation
Daytime temps in the NE still pretty good (nights getting cold though!) - and I haven't even put the handlebar muffs on yet! They are normally on at the end of September. Roads still dry so pretty ideal conditions to ride at the moment.

Re: Hibernation
Still in our summer gear down south, but will change by end of the month probaly? It's more about leaves on the road than anything else! Does help being retired as you can pick the time to go out for a ride (10.30 - 15.00) after the rush and back before the school runs, mind half term next week, still got 300 miles to do before 1st oil change!

Re: Hibernation
Its more that I can't be bothered to spend 45 mins washing the dirt or salt off for a hours ride. It gets used less over the winter.
