You are far more likely to get impaled by a dark grey SH300 than a brightly coloured GTS on the streets of Turin and Rome.
I remember a guy in our group many years ago now riding a moto Guzzi to Italy & back over a Bank Holiday.

The Italians were gob smacked to see an MG (They couldn't afford them?, nothing new there nowadays)

I had to have some small Polini 'tweaks' to my Vespa 300 GTV in response to the new HPE engine.
I wanted a Scomadi a few years back, but they weren't producing production line scooters with enough cc's.
Rumours have it there could be a Scomadi 450 version at some point.

Sticking with my Sei Giorni GTV..TBH it goes as fast as I'd want to on small wheels.

Scomadi with a ktm 450 2 stroke is coming out for sale around 8.5k but its not from scomadi directly but a company i have seen on facebook and its a complete weapon, pm tuning doing kits also soon, so far they have around 26bhp out of it but think they can get 30 plus.

26-30bhp from a 450 2 stroke?? Not exciting in itself, as a Tmax gets 45 or so from a 500 4 stroke.

Wow! That spec sheet takes a while to read, - but I like the 300 GTE very much, and the yellow colour too, only thing is I’m too old now to fully appreciate such things, would that it were possible to turn the clock back say 30 or so years - prob is that I’ve got 5 bikes + 2 e-bikes already, there’s not enough space OR TIME left to enjoy everything.

My impression is that Honda make scooters that Italians ride.

Piaggio make scooters that everyone else thinks the Italians should ride.
