Suzuki Burgman F1 fault

hello everyone
i have a 2010 suzuki 650 burgman executive that has a problem! it runs lovely no hesitation no flat spots all great execept it is flashing F1 fault, so i put the bike into service mode and the fault code was C00 and the 3 dash code was at the top meaning that the TPS needed adjusting. so i warmed the bike up shut down and put the bike back in to service mode (still flashing C00) adjusted the TPS till the dash was in the middle, took the bike out of service mode and started up still flashing F1 so i shut down went back into service mode code still C00 and dash in the middle.
i have taken the battery off and left it for just over 24 hours so any memory is wiped, put the battery back on and started up still flashing F1 C00 so what have i done wrong? bike runs lovely, the battery is brand new so help please
