Knocked up a Pooratrek phone mount





The cover just pops off to reveal the screw hole (m6). The 22mm bar and spacer took about 45 minutes to knock up using hand tools and a pillar drill. Getting the cable to the USB inside the glovebox is easy.

For things that do "just pop off" its a good idea to use an old store card or credit card to apply some gentle leverage under the lip or edge.

Centrally front and back there are tags on the cover that plug into square holes on the bars. I worked on the back one first then the one nearest the clocks. Pull vertically with maybe a little pressure in towards the bar. Once one is off the other is easier.
