It could go faster than 110 but this is the fastest I could do with an open helmet and no goggles.

I didn't even know a HD could go so fast to start with.ridinhigh wrote:i wouldnt have thought a a fat boy needed a power commander for that speed ,in honesty it should do that speed all day long, with out tuning boxes
its a big engine
Yes, not very smart with no goggles. But you know stupidity of the moment. Thinking "it's a Harley I won't go that fast." Little did I know.ridinhigh wrote:bit silly no goggles ,i came a zundapp 250 years years ago because a wasp or been hit me in eye ,i couldnt see for a week ,had right black eye,and
loads grazes on arms legs i would never ride without goggles or a visor these days

Harleys are very popular in Sweden.
The only thing I like about them is that when you do 50mph it feels like 100mph.

Have you ever been on a Harley at 50mph? I can assure you it certainly doesn't feel like a 100 at all, especially with an engine probably only turning over at around 2000rpm at that speed. It makes for pretty relaxed cruising at 70mph plus.
My point was that you don't have to ride fast to feel the speed. The 50-100 was just an example.
