Oil every 2500 recomended on most 125...
The sevice book says 5000 miles for the newer SH, but with such stop start i do it every 2500, why not when its less than a liter!

If you dont intend to do motorways ever and just want commute then i can vouch for honda vision 110 as there new at 1800 and used for a grand all kitted out this one too many miles ebay
322320292750 but you get the drift
Combined brakes and 125 mpg

If it is just an oil and filter change (and a spark plug every now and then), I could do at home. Is that all the service needs ?
I know on some like the NMax, apparently they need timings adjusted and such like.

Re: Which Commuter Scooter ?
Yes just oil and filter and they chech tappets every 5000 miles but they dont usually need. Adjustment same with the nmax. But if doing at home just ask a dealer to do the tappets. Thats why buy nearly new save money and not tied into a service warranty thing although honda i think do a monthly Ddebit service plan i think to spread the cost

However from your list I'd go SH125 avoid Italian like the plague.sh 125i,is built in Italy..
If you get the chance nip over to motoden Honda,Suzuki,Italian shite all near to each other and usually loads of demo bikes.
