Has anyone fitted Hagon / Hyperpro or any other type of progressive front/ rear springs to the 650Ex?
The US riders seem to like the upgrades to both the back and the front suspension.

Re: AN650 suspension upgrades
I once priced up Hagon front springs and it was on the "to do" list, but started with simple 15W fork oil swap and then ended up being parted from the bike before doing any more.
I think Hagon springs and oil change is home mechanic territory, so pretty cheap option, but clearly I can't advise on the improvement from stock.
Rear are IIRC far more pricey to upgrade and it seemed to me that it was only the front that needed any improvement as stock seemed too harsh - but mine was older K3 with 25k miles.
I think you'll find far more info on BUSA - good luck.

Re: AN650 suspension upgrades
I wonder what they say about the iffy 400 rear suspension though... being as they are mostly fat bstards their 400s must be scraping the road all the time
