Bloody awful styling but with that price and if it has wide service intervals and easy maintenance it could attract some sales interest.

Hey Dave (Spannerman) you're a trend setter now don't you know, how is the CB250 anyway?

The CB250 is fine, I also have a lot of spares for it, It will see me out. I get 90mpg from the wee Benley engine, it still vibrates a bit, but found out they all do.
The Inazuma will be a flop, because bikers are a funny bunch in this country, I certainly can't understand this fashion for speed and cult status thing. Your second class if don't have a Busa or Hog.

154kph/94mph isnt to bad for an eco 250, but it takes forever to get there.
I remember my X7 250 got to about 94mph, and Superdreams did about 89mph that was 30 years ago, thought they might have made progress by now, lol

Your X7 (or a superdream) didn't do 85 mpg.
There's your progress.

Progress, in what respect? If it has that performance and fuel economy that sounds like progress. It probably is hampered by a Cat as well. 250 wet dreams were pretty gutless machines.

Progress in speed, but its an eco bike so they have done well to keep the high top speed, but somehow cant see it doing 85mpg at 90mph which would only be 0.5% of the time anyway.
I think the Ninja 250R looks better and is only £3995 from http://www.motorcyclenews.com/MCN/bikes ... GN-2230349
Or Hoysung GV250 new for only £3295 Both look better than Suzuki

The Ninja is a very pretty machine, but 'beauty is in the eye of the beholder' as they say. It's not a particularly pretty looking machine, but I'd be happy to have one as a run about more so than the Ninja.

I had a 1974 CB350/4 once, would just nudge 90mph and returned 80mpg unless thrashed. So no, not much progress at all.
