Just to make a point here - shutting off the throttle does not cause the clutch to disengage. What causes the clutch to disengage is the loss of centriputal (yes, centriputal NOT centrifugal) force. This only happens at low speed when the back wheel drops below about 5-10mph. It won't disengage when you throttle off going around a corner on any belt driven scoot.

What it says to me is that you just don't fully understand the transmission system in the bike you own, but then that's also probably true of everyone who has ever bought a Honda with DCT.
And a big man snog right back at you!

Centripetal Force,
force which acts on body moving in circular path and is directed toward the centre around which the body is moving

So my next question is: which body is thrown in to the centre by a reduction in centripetal force?

None? With a reduction in centripetal force, wouldn't it would move further away ?
