How about this: Not one single out-of-town retail development( y'know, the type where 70% plus of the population shop) in the last twenty years has incorporated a train station.
Indeed, the only development, that I can think of, which has full public transport integration, is Meadowhall, in Sheffield, or Meadowhell, as it is commonly referred to.

Another big one is the Metro Center up north, both inter grated with trains etc and arguably the biggest centers in the uk.

I can't agree with that because I am seeing it.
Mass produced hybrid motorcycles will go on sale in May this year doing 300 mpg

Why is development slower with bikes?
There are greater technical difficulties due to problems of scale when miniaturising a hybrid system causing power-to-weight penalties, hence the motorcycle format is more suited to full electric, while the light car platform is better suited to hybrids with current technology.

There is lots of other stuff still in development too, including diesel bikes.

Oh, and there is this:

Well...its got a train station, but there aren't a huge number of trains as it isn't on the Metro network!
