I love my Beverly, it's one of the best scooters I have ever ridden (I've had SH300s, Vespa 300s, a Tmax and currently a BMW). It's perfect for London and really rapid outside. I've had it at 105 indicated (probably at its claimed 95mph maximum) and it felt very stable. Just don't buy the black or silver, as the red plastic fades to a horrible brown very quickly. That only leaves the blue. I'm currently asking Piaggio to replace the plastics under warranty.londonjas wrote:
A mixture of leisure and commuting - from west London into central London a few days a week (10 miles each way), and general local riding. I have been looking at the Piaggio Beverley 350, and the X-MAX 250 (and possibly the 400).
