Xevo 400cc

Post by ridinhigh »

On first impressions its a good bike, but i have to say its not got the charisma of the vespa gts
plus i think the vespa was a nicer ride,
its too late now, but i should have kept gts 300,
had i got a test ride i would have kept vespa,
i doubt i shall keep this very long

Hi,

I had a Xevo 400ie for two and a half years and quite liked it. Not for charisma or style but for its practicality.

That's a shame Keith. It may grow on you but next time, if you fancy something different, see if you can borrow one off a fellow muppet first.

Borrow mine for an hour and you'll become a disciple of the God Tmax :D

Liam,
at the moment i cant bring myself to ride it ,think ive made a very stupid mistake,
this Xevo only done 2000 from new ,think i might try and do a straight swap
for another gts 300 ,that way im thinking at moment,

im waiting on a mirror which as been ordered by shop ,one that, on, moves about to much

We all make buys that we regret. It's one of those things that happens on occasions.
If you definitely can't see yourself on it, like you say, look for another Vespa asap.
Hopefully you won't lose much on the deal and you'll be a lot happier, which is the main thing.

Get rid asap. If you loath it keeping it will just play with your head, may even make you a bad rider temporarily.

Yeah....like my Pan European experience. If you don't want to ride it, then its no use having it.
