Only been on the road a week, passed my CBT just under a month ago.
I love my little scooter, she runs well. Max speed 52mph on flat (generally stays around 45 though), comes close to 60 downhill
Passed her MOT 1st Sept with no advisorys, never had any her full history. Was ridden only 88 miles in the past 3 years so was given a brand new battery upon sale aswell
And here is a picture after a 100+mile round trip I took to hunstanton bike show. Was so proud of my first proper go on the road
All in all, I can not fault the Honda Lead for a first time scooter. Not bad at £500!

I'm doing well with her, i'm very self aware on the roads and I do my best when it comes to protective clothing. Not like the half face helmet flip flop wearers that are around my parts... *cringe*

Looking good and excellent value too.
Maybe a bit early to talk technical, but when your scoot needs new rollers take a look at these. They offer a useful little improvement in acceleration and may help your restricted top speed, I'm not suggesting you start messing about with the scoot for "performance upgrades" but these are a sensible option for the standard item.

Iv got a quilted textile jacket with armour, with enough room to put a hoodie on under it. My gloves however turned out to be a piece of crap, so i'l need to get them sorted when I can, but they will hold up for now.
I'm not interested in a screen but cheers anyway Iv changed the topbox to a 42 litre... y'know... for tesco trips
