Bless, I have been to NZ before 20 years ago but never got to Wellington. I am going to Auckland to visit a close American doctor friend of mine who moved there last year (it seems you are short of doctors on the far side of the world). he is saving up his leave so we can go touring whilst I am there so perhaps Wellington will well be on the list. I can tell you that having visited most of the planet and having lived in Oz for 3 years my 2 favourite places are NZ and South Africa.

I lived in NZ for a year and loved it, One day I would like to go back and experience it on a tatty old Helix rather than the Nissan estate we had while there. To quote a not very well known song (over here at least)... I wish I was in Wellington

I was in Wellington this morning! It scrolled past me on the screen of the treadmill as I jogged at the gym. Up the hill and round the back of the Parliament buildings!
I wake up every morning with a smile upon my face,
My natural exuberance spills out all over the place!
