Post by pointburgman »

All this was done in my home town of Plymouth, Police are searching for the car driver and passenger, It really makes me mad icon_angry_3.gif why oh why do people get so angry on the road.
Glad i use a camera every time i go out on my bike.

The guys in the car are complete twats and there is no excuse for their behaviour.

Having said that, the guy on the bike should probably have just beeped once and blasted off into the distance or just pulled back.

Beeping lots and giving the finger while overtaking is going to give potential for confrontation and if you aren't able to cope with it you need to be more passive.

No point even beeping once, the rider put himself in a stupid position, only things the car driver did wrong was drift into the left lane a bit and not indicating left for coming off the roundabout.
Looking at the video at 12:02:39, the road markings and road signage clearly shows the bike to be in the wrong lane for going straight on at the roundabout.

Yet another case of helmet cam captures owner's shit riding.

Absolutely no excuse for the thuggish behaviour of the two arseholes in the car, but ultimately the whole incident was sparked off by the bike rider.

Agreed........Both were at fault and it was blown out of all proportion. It wasn't worth the hassle over, no one was hurt and no damage, so just go on your way.

That's true. In fact at 2mins 18, it looks as if he's trying to force the red car into the back of 3 parked ones.
He rides like a twat, then complains if someone acts the same.
Another tip would be don't sit on the bike and wait to be attacked. As soon as that door opens, get off the bike fast!

To me it looks like the car cut the bikes lane...
A simple hand up and sorry from the driver is all that was needed...
To then come up tight on his outside is un called for...
Assault, simple and they should recieve a 6 month custodial...

Bloke that attacked me while i was on my scoot got 6 months custodial

50/50 until the beating... then regardless of what guy on the bike did the two blokes should get charged with assault, but likewise with the footage online the rider could do with being sent on a course or be forced to take his CBT again if that's what he has.

Not really.
The bike was in the left lane with a big arrow filtering left. You can see the arrow at 4.05
He then cut across the lane, in front of a black Vauxhall? Which,, had it been going any faster would have taken the bike out!
Then the bike tried to under cut the Peugeot.
The bike should have eased off. Maybe the car driver saw the bike trying to under take him,, that's why he straddled both lanes??
Ride like a twat,, you will eventually get twatted!

+1

I lost any sympathy the moment I saw him setting off with no right mirror!
Ken.

Experience is something I only ever get a second after I really need it!
