Little ride to clear my mind at lunchbreak...

I really do think going for a ride can clear the mind too, when I'm really pissed off if I go for a good ride its amazing how much better I feel afterwards. Knowing I can go for a ride can really be 'some light at the end of my tunnel'.

Yeah done me a world of good and was much more productive at work when I got back home.

Since retired and got no worries never get like that now


Biggest job is putting all wifes pension dates in calendar and checking Internet banking make sure it's gone in .
