How about... Meet at The Raven for breakfast 'n brew, then A495 to Oswestry (meet Ferret if he's about), A483 to Lake Vyrnwy (cuppa in the posh tea room if wanted), then about 45miles of scenic riding in Snowdonia to get to the Ugly House tea room for the obvious 'Bunch at The House' photo & a cuppa, then on the A5 through Capel Curig join the A54 at the Bangor roundabout, turn right & head for home ?
Raven to Ugly House will be about 90 miles, then add on home to Whitchurch + Bangor to home, if it comes off & Lyn joins us it will probably be the first rideout where he gets home first

I may be at my brothers in Shrewsbury so if I am I will be up for it .With regards to the move that is in the hands of those legal money robbing so n so,s ,if all goes well we should be there in about 8 weeks .Getting lost ,yes we found that very easy to do especially as our sat nav struggled to recognise anything anywhere and it also gave incorrect miles etc etc . Lol it was not as the wife was getting the right hump .

You will find that happen as you get close to Wales, miles are like elastic..
Ow! and keep your eyes open for the road signs that tell you it is 6miles
to your destination only to pass another 3miles down the road that tells you
it is 5miles to your destination That's Wales boyO

You need to avoid the U2 sat Nav. The streets have no names and I still haven't found what I'm looking for.

Well our house is sold just waiting for all the legal stuff to go through . We are anticipating a October move . My good lady has picked out 30 properties to view from Anglsey down to Llangollen ,which are all booked so the end of next week we will be driving round Wales .
