bummer, not stereo typing (maybe I am) but wasn't a black guy on the bus per chance as we were choosing a restaurant Mrs was using her phone as a black guy ran towards her from the corner she realised turned and put phone away he peeled off over the road and hopped onto a bus. His mate on the corner waiting then ran over onto same bus as she turned to look at him.

cant be sure Harvey, about 4 blokes got off the bus which was heaving, Angela seems to remember one in a hurry to get off the bus. Put it behind me now as it was a fantastic trip.

It's been a long fortnight with those nutty muppets....I know it was only a week, it just felt like a fortnight

OK guys, can I ask your advice please. I know Malta from way back and would love to go back but my wife is not keen for some reason. She is disabled and wears calipers on both legs. She can walk and climb stairs but is very slow and doesn't like to walk too far. I'm sure she'd love Valetta but do you think getting around would be much of an issue. Is the bus service still as good as I remember (1940's buses, brightly painted with a religious icon behind the drivers seat, often with eyes linked to the brake lights)
