Thanks for the time to feedback.
Glad you've made a choice it sounds great and blue so not the dull colour option most seem to offer.

I stuck pretty closely to the book, so I think it was 45mph for the first period then 55mph for the second part. Couldn't tell you what happens if you don't do that

It was painful, but then it is with all bikes.

4500 revs for 600 miles then a oil change and 400 mile at strangely 5400 rpm it does say this can be exceeded for short periods and you will find you do as it is eager to rev, speeds are as Stephen says,
the brakes will be weak till they have about 200 miles on them so watch it at first they are then very good.

As per the owners manuel though I remember a suzuki (address 110 I think) saying quarter throttle first 600,then half throttle next 400 mile which was downright dangerous in our road conditions.

I don't think the odd extra revs hurt loading the engine.

A bit fiddly but I think worth it, take off the silver cover in the center of the bars with allen key
you will see the bar clamps they have 4 allen bolts I maked the bars so I could put them back were
they were if needed, undo the bolts you then have to turn the claps round or swap them side to side
cant remember which as there is a peg that locait's in the bottom clamp and tighten it all back up,
the hole you are working through is a bit tight and so things are a bit fiddly but that's how I did it,
it is likely you are supposed to take the plastic covers off the bars but I didn't as they were a tight fit
and did not fancy braking anything.

Haven't tried it. Moved the screen a few times but concluded that it is better at the low position.

Normally up to 600 miles (1st service) then have a little restraint for a further 1000 miles approx. The book usually says something like sticking to 4000rpm which would be pretty useless as it would limit you to 40mph - don't worry about that, just be reasonably gentle with it, to begin with.

Sounds like A roads for the first 600 miles ish but no dramas, I'll see how we go. Don't way to spoil anything!
