There's a big difference in cost in having valve gaps checked and them being in spec than having to have cams put and re shimmed .

Here's the service schedule page from my Burgman 400 (2018) https://goo.gl/zMwCkP (it's on my Google Drive - I still haven't figured out how to post images to the forum)

I have only ever had 2 bad parts from WEMOTO and they changed them next day, just sent a photo of the part on e-mail.
I had an e-mail back to say part had been dispatched the same day, plus a voucher for 15% off my next order.. 2 note books
and a pair of Iridium plugs for the bike i was ordering parts for...
Can't grumble at that for service..

It's poor that suzuki stick with 3500K mile service intervals as everybody else increases theirs (Honda at 8K) but have to say I feel happier with oil/ filter at every 4K and still change mine old school timeline

This is crazy! Why are you doing this? The service regime does not require this amount of servicing on a bike of that year or mileage. Someone is ripping you off. You don't need 3 'V' belts in such low miles or that number of rollers. There is indeed a warranty on the V belts but this may have some limitations under some circumstances. Or are you experiencing some sort of issue with the bike? Old thread so unlikely to get a reply I guess.

I agree Ian. Absolutely no need for that overkill. Burgers are fine, reliable scoots that will go for years on the minimum of servicing (albeit within spec). Oil changes are easy, belt replacement is relatively easy. Can’t understand your problem really?

Exactly Steve. Can't figure out why his bike needed all that stuff doing. The Burgman is wonderful in that it's built to need very little doing to it servicing wise! Your was a testament to that.
