So if anybodies after a nearly new fjs600 silverwing this might be just for you.

No idea where it languished between 2007 & 2016

Reach deep in your pocket though

Probably why it's been in stock over a year

I wanted a new Silverwing to replace my 2001 model in late 2016,I couldn’t get a new one so bought a Burgman.Had I seen this I would have been interested in this one, like the Burgman but not the Suzuki “quality” lol

The quality is in the bike, so the wise man buys a good one cheap that's had a service record up to 15000 miles, then puts on a new belt and renews brake pads, transmission oil. I've done 10000 miles on mine and it's a blocker from buying another scoot. There is no better tourer out there for the money, so no need to look elsewhere.

Mr Chips doesn't sell that many of his ex Silverwings. He's not known for being lax with anything!

Any bike you bought from him was always going to be bang up to date with what it needed. 8-)

Thanks, Ged; I'm flattered!

Dave's was/is a good bike; I slightly fell out of love with it after I dropped it in the ford.
Dave knew about that and has loved it as it should be.

My present one is also excellent; I shan't look for another.

The other supreme test for a bike is whether it escapes the revolving door of Dave Weller's garage, Mike.

The fact that it's been there a while now is testament to how good it is. :)
