Managed to sneak in 1 1/2 hours on the silverwing before the sun went down later on today as the roads were dry.

Hand duards on, inner gooves in, heated grips on many extra layers and knee pads on too and still nippy, but great as odd nice sunny bits.

I beg to differ... But everyone has different tastes!

I wasn't that impressed with Essex pies either .

Meldrew, I would love to sample the pies in Skipton to make true judgement.

Like any type of food there are places that sell crap pie and mash and those that do cracking pie and mash.

My favourite is Robins (Romford and Basildon) as well as Manzes in Tower Bridge Road and Peckham.
