Jim loving the two colours at about 1:27-1:31, a grey one then a brown one. Makes a change from the usual red.

Stephen, One day - Post ‘Digit-Extractum’ by owners we might see such a gathering here in UK?
That would be terific I suggest....
I bought my 1st Helix new in ‘89 after a 50 mile road test on the A2 which was absolute perfection; - but my machine (also a ‘Candy-Glory Red’ one) had this nasty habit of wanting to fall to the left when the bars were let go, even Honda Chiswick had no answer to this - telling me that after unpacking several from crates and test riding each of them “they were all the same so don’t let go the bars”. After keeping the bike for 26 years I sold it 4 years ago with 7,000 miles on which I now regret very much but that’s hindsight for you, now though I’ll throw money at its replacement to get it just right.

Well Mr\Miss M Fox, I've still to replace the rear brake shoes, I will order some new stainless bolts for bolt on swingarm, got some amber led ordered to replace the reflectors and I need to start thinking about what's going on under that black drive cover. Still a bit to do. But I love it in the garage.

Quick update on the rear brake shoes, first set too small, second even smaller. Online search for a Ferodo catalog, hopefully the correct ones now ordered by the part number. Thank goodness for eBay's return policy it's only cost me time.

That's looking great, well done.

They are great machines to ride, even for long distances, when they're sorted. As you say, bushes, tyres and shocks - all money well spent.
