Taking the plunge

Post by Spikeinho »

Hello All

I spend a lot of time on a campsite in Portugal every year and I'd noticed that quite a few guys had big Burgman "scooters".

The new 90 day rule means that I've got to spend some of the winter in the UK and so I've taken the plunge and put a deposit down on a 2020 An 400 MO - hoping that it will keep the elements away,

I can't collect it for a few weeks so in the meantime I'm watching bike-porn on Youtube and reading up about them.

This website came up when I was looking trying to find out if recent models still have linked brakes.

Hoping to gain lots of knowledge from you guys.

It will be quite a change from riding a Velo Viper!

Cheers

Mike

Yes, that's what I understand - they have ABS now instead

Cheers

I think it was 2013 when abs compulsory on all but before that was a special edition 400 that had abs not sure what years it had few extra bits of trim as well .
