Burgman 400 not starting

My burgman 400 is refusing to start the temp and fuel guages stay on full and hot even with the battery disconected and nothing lights up on the center mileage screen

John, we need a bit more information about your bike. What year is it? What model? Has the bike been running ok recently? Has any work been carried out on it prior to this problem?

There are several things that could be wrong. But come back with some more info so we can try to diagnose please.
