Downtime caused by swapping domain registra

Hi,

Apologies for any down time we have encountered, I was switching the registra for the domains and have typically only seen an outage of a few hours before. So whilst I started the process overnight on Thursday expecting it to resolve by Friday AM its taken until today to full resolve across all networks.
