Once the date for your meet has been confirmed can whoever started the topic please edit the title to include the date of the meet in this format DD/MM/YY at the beginning and a short description following please.

This saves people trawling through pages of spam replies just to find out when the meet is. It also helps me so I know when to move the topic into the Meets Archive section.

It might also be a good idea to edit the first post to include a list of who is attending and the meeting time & place.
