A few ASBOs near us that's all and they are only because the youngsters have nowhere to go or anything to do so they gather around the shopping centre. They do no harm but the PCSO's keep harassing them while ignoring the 4x4 BMW's parked in the bus stop and the cars on the footpath outside the Italian restaurant.

The local news did an item about a road in Portsmouth that looks really dangerous on paper where none of the residents can remember anything happening for years. It backs on to the main drinking dancing and fighting street and shares only the postcode.

Double edged sword & I don't like it

A, Worries people about what's gone on around your local Area

B, showing that Police ''solves '' & Keep Order , However what don't thay catch :?
