I reckon the standard one looks a lot better and according to a dealer I was chatting to not long ago the headlight on the Gtv version isn't very effective as it's mounted too low !

The GTS range are nice scooters to ride though and I wouldn't mind one myself one day.

I had the GTV and prefer it, but yes tHe headlight is useless. Not because its low, but because it uses a lower powered bulb than the std GTS.

You say the deals not good.... a GTS is around 4.5k isnt it and your Burger is a 2008.... so youve lost less than 50% over three years, thats not bad.

Straight swap was for gts300, if they would swap for gtv i would be the owner of a gtv by now, I went to look at gtv today and the picture that vespa advertise is of the matt finish plum colour which i like but the actuall bike is shiny finish which looks naff in that colour IMHO.

I like that although the colour might be an issue. Think I'd prefer red or black with chrome racks.

Vespa GTS300 Super for practical runabout, Triumph Tiger Explorer for conquering the planet. Car almost obsolete.
