If you were doing a lot of motorway riding would riding it at motorway speeds prematurely year the engine?

No, its a CVT engined machine so wont make a difference ;)

But if riding at near to top speed won't that be thrashing the engine?

All the modern engines are computer managed and never put out full whack. Even on full throttle and hitting the limiter you are no where near thrashing an engine like you used to be able to do.

I had a GTS 250,brilliant scooter,good handling,ok on fuel,NOTHING went wrong with it,lots of accessories for it, the only thing I regret is selling it!

Im juiced up on getting a vespa so im gonna go look at them tomorrow, ive been offered a straight swap on a brand new gts300 for my burger but thats not really a great deal as my 08 burger is worth a fair bit more than.

Do you prefer

It is a grand more for the gtv but that is a pretty sweet paint job!!
