I know it could be bollocks but Midland Scooters (Piaggio dealers) have just posted on their Facebook page that these Vespas will be out in September as a 125 and 150 and cost about........wait for it........£3250.

Ouch, pricey but the "mods" in London will buy them and think they are the dogs bollocks riding them. Chap at work thinks hes a mod, just bought a parka, some shoes and a polo shirt for...... £300 He hasnt even got a scooter!

What Piaggio need to do is to fit a modern 4 stroke engine to the PX and offer it with manual or automatic transmission.
Oh hang on a sec LML have beaten them to it
I might be wrong (and often am ) but I cant see many people being willing to shell out £3000 odd for one of these things ( The Quatrasei not the LML )

If I had to choose between a Quarantasei or a "Symbretta" I would rather have the latter but should £3000 suddenly appear in my bank account as if by magic (fat chance of that happening ) I would either choose a new LML 200, or a decent 2nd hand Vespa GTS / Maxi Scoot.
