I remember reading something years back that the Pantheon was unusually fast for a 125, and so many held the view that the quoted 15hp was way under the real output. (But like the old Skyline GT-R's which were quoted as having just 280hp to meet a "gentleman's agreement" when the truth was much more like 320hp+)
Whatever the truth of it, it should easily do a steady real 60mph for hours on end.

I owned a 4 stroke Pantheon for a couple of years. Very nice scooter - very comfortable but a long wheelbase. 60 will be no problem.
