I was looking around for famous faces.

Last time I was poking around a Harley with such an unsubtle custom job it belonged to Sean Blowers from London's Burning.

It is quite close to Amberley Working Museum so we had a cuppa there after the Microcar and Scooter day at Amberley.

Four more from today at Bury Hill:-

Triumph Tig-tona, basically a tricked up 1050 Tiger tricked up with Daytona 675 wheels plus other bits. I talked to the guys who built it and they had another Daytona 675 turned into a Street-triple-a-like with a significant HP increases over a standard Street Triple.

They did it because according to them, "Tigers are bought by the wrong sort of people who add luggage to them and don't ride 'em fast enough!" I added my two penn'orth that in my opinion Triumph had spoiled the Tiger line by making it more of a road bike and that I prefered the old 955i dual purpose Tigers and earlier. We agreed to disagree



Ducati 851 (and doesn't it look bloody lovely?) I talked to the owner who said he planned trips away making sure he had Ducati dealerships at hand

Ducati 1098. I came back to my bike to find this parked next to it.

That 851 is very nice Cap.& the 748 & the 1198.

There's a theme happening here, if they can't make the clutch quiet after all these years, the electrics and clocks reliable, a second hand one could be a dog.
