hi my name is ian this is my first posting i have a Suzuki an400 2006 k7 that i am repairing after the Variator nut came loose
which caused quite abit of damage so apart from looking on ebay for replacement covers can anybody apart from a main dealer
where can i find second hand ones many thanks

I too had the variator bolt get loose while on the highway and had no place to pull over. what damage did you have? the cover is still able to be used.
I would suggest that when you tighten the nut on the front axle (roller side) you make sure you arent tightening it on the belt. have a lot of slack from the clutch to pull over the boss pin. I also recommend you drill a small hole and use a cotter pin on the end of the crankshaft arm.
