Just disable them, can you check where the IP they blocked is , mine was at my ISP`s address and mine so I put them on to it.

Unless you have a fixed IP for business reasons your public facing IP address is assigned arbitrarily by the system of your internet service provider. Thus you can be given an IP that was previously used by someone else and may have been listed as a source of spam emails. The easiest solution is to ask your service provider to change your IP number using their system. Of course that is assuming that you don't generate spam emails on your system either deliberately or through a rogue program taking over your mail client.

They have blocked me again but not on here ,if you look at what`s my IP address it wil let you check if your ip is blocked ,mine is but not on spamshitehouse .

I am still having trouble with them but it is my Service provider`s IP address that is the fault.

Ok I am now unblocked on the C90 forum,one of the checks the forum did was linked to Spamhaus and it seems that it is known to cause problems on PHP forums .
