Hi again,

Just to bump this thread, wheels and panels in for paint but I’m still short of lower glove box panel and a radiator (these appear to be as rare as rocking horse s?£&t)

Hi mate,

Thanks for trying but there are loads of decent 400 ones about at reasonable cost. They are totally different to 650 radiators.

Yes thanks, 2003 to 2012 radiators are all the same.

Just need to find a good used one, get the one I have re cored or the other option is a Chinese one, there are lots of those on eBay, the welding looks like it has been done by Stevie Wonder ....

Hi again all.

I have a used radiator on its way from Italy and it should be here any time soon. The wheels and panels are away for a respray but are taking longer than usual due to the whole coronavirus situation.

I’m almost there for parts, I ended up buying a brand new lower glove box panel from MSP Europe. I still need the hardware that screws to it i.e. latch, inner covers and bit where the parking brake sticks through. Some parts for this scoot are hard to find at reasonable cost even used.

Here is the bike as it sits now.

If anyone could help with the last few bits that would be great, otherwise it looks like I’ll be buying new from MSP.

Just a quick update,

The bike is running and riding now. I have all the parts I need but it has been a long and expensive job sourcing them.

I’m just waiting for some panels back from paint but nearly there
