Been a while since I last posted but have been riding the 400 K4 as regularly as the lockdowns allow.
Recently the seat lock has stopped working, that is to say the seat will not "latch" down.
I've tried the catch by using a screwdriver in place of the loop on the seat. The catch doesn't want to stay closed.
Any ideas as to why it has stopped working?

my 2010 b400 also had a "weak" seat locking attitude. im going to grind down the seat upper part with a dremel so its thinner a bit and get in good. grease up the whole seat mechanism as well with white lithium.
