What is a ‘70 plate’ on a new 2020 bike?

I'm waiting for the 21 plate in March - retire in February - retirement bike in March. Don't know what to buy, but it will be minimum 300cc.

no you are wrong did think but i jusr dont like key-less so its another suzuki address 110 in matt blue,the old silver address 110 is going shame though its always been quick,but when i added up what it needed,so new one is coming.
