Indeed DHL does exchange some items with Parcelforce from what I understand. I've ordered things and these have been initially dispatched to DHL yet delivered by Parcelforce. I don't know how common this is though.
Probably not ugly enough for the 'Ugly Bunch'!

Been riding for 54 years & owned too many bikes to list here...

I've had 2 attempts at buying a givi touring screen for tmax from Italy 2 different sellers have cancelled order and refunded .Now trying Amazon just ordered bit more expensive but see how that goes .Planing 4 week tour next March was going this October but decided to wait for my booster jab plus covid testing is easing bit by bit .
It's coming from Italian supplier thro Amazon if it comes .

Will put tmax in for mot service and valve check in new year .

Just got a Givi screen for SH300 from Amazon from company called TradeINN, no problems, took about 10 days and was sourced from Italy

I think amazon are unlikely to do anything that would impact their profits. But you never know.

If the price is under £135 then the vat is paid by the european vendor- above that the vat is collected by the courier plus an admin fee

I had ordered from easyparts EU. while they are above goparts in that they answer emails (goparts has no support),
they dont offer shipping other than UPS and I got raped with buying the cvt belt with massive fees. around $250 .last time. no thanks.

im ordering now from PARTSSS.com very happy! they have a whatsapp option and answer all questions and help out. HUGE PLUS!!

they give the option to send via regular registered spain mail. that way I only pay vat and not greedy extra fees ups/dhl/fedex add on top just to rip you off.

im psyched.
