Don't think I'd attach any phone to a bike / scoot. Just seems too risky!

I still have my Givi satnav bag. 8-) Just about accommodates my phone.

I can see why. The vibration from a bike is quite noticeable. It can't be good for the delicate parts such as the camera.

I use a quadlok with the vibration damper not had any issues with my iPhone 11
