Removing the rear top panel?
Anyone got an idea about how to remove that panel at the rear on top, so I can drill it for the topbox please? Its a 2011 model.

Well, it just says remove it Thanks anyway, but apart from the obvious screws what else holds it in place as I dont want to bust a tab etc.

Re: Removing the rear top panel?
Sorry, I was in a hurry and thought that was where I had seen it explained.
I think you only need to remove the 2 screws under the seat and then lift the whole panel up and very slightly forward. There are some studs/pegs on the bottom that locate in rubber grommets, they are fairly robust - no weedy tabs to worry about.

Im not on the USA forum, no interest in that so I asked the friendly people here On the 400 you have to drill the panel for any topbox rack.
