He was 'tagging' (Graffiti'ing). The little shit was spraying his 'tag' on a wall. They caught him, pulled his trousers and pants down and, with his own paint, sprayed his arse and bollocks! I'm sure I'd do that if I caught someone tagging my garden wall.
