makes it quite wide. I've seen the frames for sale on ebay. Roundabout £110 ish? None there at the mo, just had a look.
I suppose you just get universal panniers n fix em somehow.
A top box and a holdall with bungee straps will do just as good. 2 black bin liners as waterproofing!

As Liam says, use a holdall and bungy it to the passenger seat.
