the best nexus i had was the nexus 300.

it was fast smooth and easy to chuck around. tyres are cheap as there not a weird size and arent dual compound.

service parts are cheap and there good on fuel.

the only issue with anything piaggio after 2008 is the build quality. it is shockingly shit.

if you can find a low mileage nexus 250 on the other hand. there the best in terms of build quality. the 300 is just a slightly better engine

i love my gts too but they are smaller. so you takes your choice

Youre right, the older Piaggios were better. I found my 2007 PX awful in comparison with my 2002 and 2003 ones. However, my 2008 GTV 250 was very good as was my 2009 Xevo. The Gilera 300s however were pretty poorly assembled in comparison with the older ones for sure.

im going to go and have a test ride on a gts 250 or 300 this weekend hopefully and see what i think
