Ive seen the storage on the Maxsym.... its pretty good but not as big as they said it would be. Much smaller than the Burgman, and if you can get any sense from Moto GB then youre doing well and if you can actually get a demo ride thatll be a miricle.

Well according to Scooter info's (France) the official service interval is every 6000km or around 4000miles. I've seen forumbarryG wrote:Id check the service intervals on the SYM, it might cost you more long term to run than a Burgman 400. Very similar design to the Suzuki, but Id still buy another Burgman over the Maxsym. Or, just wait for the X10.... havent heard of any nasties with the new 350cc engine yet in the Beverly 350.
reports from south east asia of 5000km or around 3500 miles. Haven't seen the English service intervals, but if the 6000km
is true then thats a hell lot better than 2000km/2000miles! Isn't the burgman's 4500miles? Don't forget japanese parts are quite a bit more expensive than Taiwanese Parts...

Also if this is true then the only problem I can see is it's a bit to heavy, but not as much as a MP3 400. But reviews do seem to be positive from magasines and owners.

Thanks all for your quick and helpful replys. Will let you know what I decide. Cheers again
One quick question to Sym owners, I've read that the speedo is marked in KMPH as the main speed with MPH marked smaller, so with that is the distance recorded in kilometers? Thanks Again..

enjoy eXtra to the Max
