That seems high for a 250. I've only got 60-75mpg on a 250.

Filled up on the way in today... took 10Lts (2.2 Gal) and had done 185 miles... 84 mpg! - Thats from about 3 days / 100 miles of commuting, and about 85 miles worth of running around the roads and lanes of Sevenoaks, Edenbridge, Tonbridge etc often seeing 60 / 70 on the clocks...

Yeah, but your's is an old old scooter.mottza wrote:That seems high for a 250. I've only got 60-75mpg on a 250.

10 litres in all of the Satelis 250's (with an injected Quasar lump) I've had gets me around 180miles before the reserve warning comes on. When I fill up it usually works out somewhere between 80 and 90mpg.

Re: SH300 Xmax 250 comparison
To be honest I do tend to use all the bhp the X9 and the Leo throw out. And it does see a lot of 70-80mph running on the A12.
I could improve the figures I guess, but I like having fun.
What I do like about the X9 is that its range is about 200-220 miles (about 13 litres) before the fuel light comes back on.
