You could at least get his name right, it is FrancoiS with no "e" at the end.

I copied it from a newspaper article about him, trying (but failing) to get the accents correct.

There is no accent in his name but a cedila under the "c" which you can only get if you go into "insert" and then symbols in words.

Surely a cedila is an accent, as in accent being a general term for diacritical marks used in written French language? Good pointer on how to type the bloody things though.
