Damage to the casing, only way this could have happened so low is if I was going round the roundabout leant over to the right and not on exit where I would have had to be upright possibly with a slight left lean like he was suggesting.

Bloody hell, mate!...There's never any excuse for rear ending someone. He's totally at fault and make certain that the insurance company know that you are certain of this. Glad you've come out unscathed.

The only way I came out of it and kept the scoot upright was because I kept my eye's open, and i think he was focusd on me as a rider rather than where the rear wheel of the scoot was... if I lean right my wheel is going to be to the left of my body... so he drove in to and on it because he was following to closely.

I must have reacted, from seeing what I saw in my lifesaver, to continuing round the roundabout to get out of the way than I thought. I put more lean in thus inadvertantly making it easier for his vehicle to mount and trap my rear tyre sideways.

There can be no excuses for drivers like this, they should be clapped in irons, put naked in the stocks and have veet for men liberally (<joke) applied to their genitalia.

Damn its just occured to me that I might have to go 2 months with out the TMax in better weather... and they'll try to parm me off with some 125 scoot... I might have to ride the Nexus for that time which means i can't sell it FFS...
