Errrm Yes...I think you've expressed it quite well. I'd forgotten about the need for a S.wing 300. Doesn't say much for Honda's product planning does it? Piaggio (whatever else you might say about them) are brilliant at getting every penny of out their R&D effort by using every combination of drive train in every scooter!

Except for the 850cc motor which they've done nothing with. Where's my Xevo 800? :(

There is such a thing as the Aprilia SRV, formerly Gilera GP800...there again, something more practical than those wouldn't go amiss.

Honda already make the excellent Faze 250cc scooter, they just don't sell it in Europe.
