June Thread

Post by mightbesane »

On another of Ginger's forums, instead of opening new threads for every chat topic, or to prevent a topic from going to a gazillion pages - What Have You Done to Your Scooter Today - we started a month-by month thread. The first of the next month, a new thread starts and the old one disappears into history. Works well over there. Waddaya think? I'll start.

45th high school reunion coming up this weekend. I'll bet the farm that I'll be the only one showing up on a scoot.

45th reunion?

Whether you'll be the only one a scooter depends on whether you include the mobility type or not...

Hopefully I've just sold my house.
£30,000 less than the original asking price but it was too big for me and had to go.

Now I can concentrate on making my flat less student like and be mortgage free!
That's as long as things don't go tits up with the sale.

Just read an interesting article about European football (soccer, whatever) tournaments and the World Cup. It seems that for male prostitutes, it's like Christmas to a shopkeeper. Business from lonely housewives peaks off the charts. The deeper the Brits get, the lonelier the housewives get and the happier the hookers are. Is England still in? I haven't been following. Have you?
